"I've had sessions with Lauren many times over the last few years. When I was 6 months pregnant, I was experiencing a lot of pain in my ribs and was really stressed out at work. The worst part was that I wasn’t feeling the baby kick very often, if at all during the day. Lauren sent me a Calm Birth CD and we worked together over Skype. Ten minutes into our first session, my baby seemed to be doing summersaults inside of me. It was truly amazing! I was also having a hard time falling asleep at night. The Calm Birth CD would knock me out within minutes of hitting the pillow. I was able to use everything I learned with Calm Birth during my labor- and it really made thing easier for me. I even play the CD now for Noa, my daughter, and it immediately creates a calm environment for both of us.

 

Lauren is a true healing facilitator - I sincerely believe she was born to help others. She has a calm nature that always makes you feel safe and you could truly trust yourself with her. I consider myself lucky for knowing Lauren and blessed for the work she has done with me."
