My intention is to hold safe, gentle, and supportive space as well as empower and encourage individuals as they re-learn, re-turn, and re-connect with themselves and their own innate healing intelligence.

This energy healing work facilitates the clearing and charging of the energy field as well as the release of energetic blocks and patterns - both conscious and unconscious - which are held in the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual bodies that may lead to dis-ease. This release enhances the body's natural healing capability and allows more space for balance, choice, flow, growth, understanding, forgiveness, transformation, expression, creativity, and love. In this space there is a renewed ability to re-discover and re-connect with ourselves and all that is around us at many scales; our family and friends, our partner, our community, our environment, and our spirituality.
